At this time I do not accept insurance. I am happy to provide you with a superbill that you would submit to insurance for reimbursement.

Insurance can reduce the personalized care that best fits your needs. Together we come up with your treatment plan and decide your frequency and attendance based on need.

A this time I am fully remote and only offer telehealth appointments. I have been strictly practicing telehealth therapy since 2020 and have seen no change in efficacy in treatment or therapy outcomes.
I use Simple Practice for all appointments.

No I do not. I only offer occasional couples or family sessions for individual clients that are needing extra support in navigating difficult conversations with family members. These appointments are meant to be infrequent and a referral would be made to someone who specializes in family/couples therapy if a client is needing extra support in this area.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments will be charged 100% of the session rate.

Clients typically like my direct, yet warm approach within appointments. I will call you out on your stuff! I love incorporating humor into appointment when appropriate, laughter can be very healing. Clients also appreciate my flexibility and willingness to go where they need to go during therapy.
