A one time 15-minute consultation for you to get to know me, ask more questions, and for me to get to know what brings you to therapy! If we agree it’s a good fit, we’d schedule an intake appointment.

A 53-minute appointment where I get to know you more in depth; symptoms you are experiencing, relationships, life history, stressors, and anything else you want to share! We also discuss a treatment plan during this appointment to discuss goals you have for therapy.

Cost of service: $225

These appointments are where the work happens and goals are achieved! Each appointment looks different, depending on your needs and what you are wanting to work on. Length of sessions can vary depending on your needs.

30 minutes - $140

40 minutes - $160

53 minutes - $185

Sometimes it is helpful for our partners or family members to join therapy. These appointments can be used for further processing difficult conversations, discussing stressors in relationships, or navigating anything getting in the way of our relationships!
